Criminal Bailiff (Judge Eric Allen Marks) - Court of Common Pleas

JOB PURPOSE AND OVERVIEW

Personal and confidential employee for an individual judge.

The Criminal Bailiff is responsible for processing motions, setting pretrials, communicating with members of the public, the media, parties, attorneys, and probation and parole officers; maintaining the judge’s criminal docket; and ensuring records are complete and accurate for appellate review.

This position must also assist with regulation of the courtroom.
