In this role, you will focus on supporting the strategic objectives of Global Transportation organization as a key member of the Transportation Business process and Technology team.

You will manage functional process and configuration within our transportation planning and master data systems, using this knowledge to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and leverage system capabilities for cost and service enhancements across segments.

Your Key Responsibilities:



* In collaboration with operational business partners, you will lead the configuration, master data, and operational function of our transportation technology to enable operational execution of freight movements for North America.

This includes ticket management, leading issue resolution with business partners, handling weather events, changing of carriers, adding shipping points, etc.
