The Role: Spanish Speaking Purchasing Data Administrator

Responsible for the quality of the data in the procurement tools implementing all business processes defined or validated by the procurement Data Owner.

Analyzes process indicators and troubleshoot problems with the incumbent stakeholders.

Assists our internal stakeholders/customer to understand the issues and proposes corrective actions.

What will you do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Consolidate, validate, document and maintain PSSC reporting Data

• Support on the definition, validation, documentation and maintainace of PSSC tools and processes

• Manage Communities of Practice.

• Support on the data reporting for the main PSSC stakeholders (Operations And Business units)

• Contribute to Continuous Improvement on Related Tools/Processes Initiatives


* With experience with Programming, Software and Data Mining

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business Admin.

• Experience in procurement or data analytics is a plus.

• Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN

• Process improvemement, value chain analysis is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time

• Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours during high peak volume times during each quarter

• Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is highly desired.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, is required.

* Ability to communicate effectively difficult and/or complex ideas by listening and proper information toward both external and internal stakeholders
