Offer Quality Leader

Mission:

Deliver exceptional quality outcomes through robust, reliable, and user-friendly software by leveraging quality expertise and continuously improving offer development practices based on Software Quality Fundamentals.

Lead Issue to Resolution actions and consistently enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

This position is open for a Power Management Software in the Power Management System League in Digital Power.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the End-to-End Customer Experience (CX) & Quality excellence and Safety of Offer.

Deploy the SW Quality Fundamentals to the offer and serve as coach to offer team (OMO, SoS, R&D..) for SW Quality Fundamentals

Provide the Customer Experience feedback along the customer journey to the League, propose CX & Quality requirements at Roadmap Level

Define Quality Strategy for the offer in charge and implement improvement action plans to reach Quality targets.

Lead major Quality Issues resolution.

Drive Potential Product Safety Issue investigations and risks analysis.

Review and assess risk for release and launch and make recommendations to reduce impact.

Ensure the application of CS&Q Directives.

Contribute to Offer management with Marketing / Engineering

Implement prevention actions based on lessons learned.

Qualifications

What Qualifications will make you successful for this role:

Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

5+ years in software development and quality assurance.

Understanding of power management systems, standards, protocols, compliance requirement.

Proven ability to work with diverse functions and stakeholders.

Solid grasp of Software Quality Fundamentals and Agile Methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture peer reviews, test V&V,

Expertise in Issue to Prevention.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate.

Passionate about continuous learning and improvement, with a customer-centric approach.

Curious, open-minded, persistent, rigorous, and pragmatic.
