Position: Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician

We’re currently seeking a Linen Distribution Technician to join our team at the Northside Atlanta Hospital location.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, and confident in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:


* Transport clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital departments


* Collect soiled linen and return it in covered carts to assigned areas


* Verify linen quantities and perform routine inventory checks


* Maintain cleanliness and order in the linen distribution area


* Address and resolve client concerns or issues


* Communicate linen quality and service feedback to supervisor


* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships


* Follow all institutional procedures and safety protocols


* Operate equipment as needed and assist with department operations


* Perform clerical tasks including answering phones and basic data entry


* Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards


* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or GED required


* 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or related industries
