Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer

Funciones:


* Asegurar la aplicación del Plan de Control de Procesos en coherencia con el Análisis de Modo y Efecto de Fallos (FMEA).


* Desafiar a los supervisores para identificar y gestionar riesgos de manera preventiva.


* Liderar Auditorías de Procesos y FMEAs de Procesos.


* Crear y mantener la documentación de control de calidad, asegurando su formación y aplicación.


* Gestionar derogaciones.


* Liderar la mejora continua en su área.


* Liderar acciones de contención, análisis de causa-raíz de problemas de calidad y resolución de problemas en su área.


* Participar activamente en las SIM de las líneas de producción.


* Proporcionar aportaciones y desafíos sobre calidad para mejoras (PMP y Optimiza Proceso), para contribuir a la implementación de la capacidad de proceso/control.


* Contacto directo con cliente.

¿Qué necesitamos?


* Formación obligatoria en Ingeniería (Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica...).


* Experiencia: 2 años mínimo, preferiblemente en Calidad de Procesos.


* Fluidez en inglés es imprescindible.

Skills:

Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara, concisa y sintética en un entorno multicultural, así como capacidad de influencia y de trabajo en un entorno grupal, orientado al equipo y enfocado a resultados.
