Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Ensure effectiveness of operating controls and report incidences.


* Update SOP as and when applicable.


* Conduct variance analysis, reasonableness checks and reconciliations.


* Complete Tax Data Request Template/Tax packs and Global Provisioning Tools (CCHI).


* Collate information for enquiries from external advisors, company secretary, auditors and authorities.


* Support change management initiatives and contribute to successful go-live of tax and statutory reporting migrations.


* Support tax audits, business changes/initiatives/request and implement tax law changes as required.


* Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve processes, create value and avoid cost.


* Comply to Kimberly Clark Group records management requirements, information risk management requirement and manage the working papers and supporting documentation related to the tax returns.


* Perform Blackline Accounts Reconciliation analysis of tax and relevant accounts balances and clean up all tax and relevant accounts within scope of responsibilities on regular frequency.


* Able to perform under tight deadline and manage ad-hoc request.
