The Senior Electrical Engineer will provide leadership and creativity in exploration, design, development, optimization and implementation of processes and systems as a member of the Maumelle Plant Asset team.

In this role, you:


* Leads projects up to $10M, from conception to commercialization, and supports larger projects as part of a team.


* Works under the guidance of Asset Team Leader or mill leadership.


* Provides leadership in designing, developing, and optimizing Coform and converting equipment/processes.


* Builds expertise in engineering, analysis, and project management, offering advice to others.


* Ensures safety in all responsibilities, aligning with codes, policies, and guidelines.


* Promotes operator, maintenance, and personnel well-being.


* Identifies and resolves complex problems, including root cause analysis.

* Requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited College or University.


* 4+ years of experience in plant or staff engineering assignments.
