In this role, you will:
Manage and oversee all aspects of mergers and acquisitions within the company.
This role involves evaluating potential business opportunities, conducting financial analysis, coordinating due diligence, and ensuring that all legal and financial aspects of the transactions are handled properly.
* Drives the creation of Mergers & Acquisitions deal structures playbook that will guide the enterprise to go through these types of critical processes
* Provides strategic direction and leadership throughout the Mergers & Acquisitions process, from initial evaluation to post-deal integration
* Leads due diligence on aligning the strategy to help shape business rationale into Mergers & Acquisitions deals
* Develops comprehensive financial models, projections, and valuations for potential acquisitions
* Coordinates with internal teams (legal, finance, accounting) ensuring all aspects of a transaction are properly managed
* Manages relationships with external advisors including investment banks, consultants, legal counsel during Mergers & Acquisitions processes
* Prepares detailed reports and presentations for senior management on progress of ongoing transactions
