Machine Operator – Table Cover Production Days 2.2.3 (6am 6pm)

Table Cover Operator - Day Shift (6 AM-6 PM)
Location: Clintonville, WI

Pay & Schedule:


* Shift: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)​


* Starting Pay: $19.50/hour (based on experience)​


* Bonuses: Yearly attendance and anniversary bonuses​

Paid Time Off:


* 11 paid holidays per year​


* 112 vacation hours annually (accruing at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)​


* 24 hours of sick time annually (prorated in the year of hire)​

Responsibilities:


* Set up and operate machinery per order specifications​ Wikipedia+2Recruiting.com+2SHRM+2


* Load parent rolls onto the machine​


* Make basic machine adjustments (speed, length, wind-up, ruffling, folding)​


* Safely clear machine jams​


* Monitor product quality and accuracy​


* Maintain a clean and safe work area​


* Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment​


* Report material usage and labor data​


* Ensure all safety devices are functional before operation​


* Follow GMP and SQF guidelines; report any food safety issues​


* Train and support team members as needed​

2-2-3 Rotating Schedule:


* Week 1: Work Monday-Tuesday, Off Wednesday-Thursday, Work Friday-Saturday-Sunday​


* Week 2: Off Monday-Tuesday, Work Wednesday-Thursday, Off Friday-Saturday-Sunday​

This pattern means you'll work just 14 days per month, with every other weekend off.​

Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED​


* Factory experience preferred but not required​


* Ability to operate machinery (e.g., table skirt, form fill & seal, carton labeler)​


* Basic math and communication skills​


* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines​

Physical Demands:


* Occasionally lift 21-50 lbs​


* Frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, and working below waist level​
