What You'll Do:


* Assess and create individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to provide comprehensive patient care


* Utilize therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and quality of life


* Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


* Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment


* Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment

What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California
