Job Responsibilities:


* Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence


* Provide hands-on therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, physicians, and occupational and speech therapists


* Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and care plans


* Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records


* Participate in care conferences to create holistic treatment plans


* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
