Typical day as a Lead Salesforce Technical Architect:


* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop your long-term, strategic roadmap to implement our Salesforce strategy and achieve our vision.


* Lead challenging Salesforce projects, focusing on driving value through automation, integration, and improved customer engagement.


* Support the team and wider department with your specialist knowledge, whether it’s designing scalable architecture, optimising workflows, or ensuring data integrity—your insight will be invaluable.


* Present and adapt your roadmaps to peers, senior leaders, or at events to share your knowledge, seek feedback, and foster collaboration.

You bring


* Proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions that incorporate people, processes, and technology.


* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform capabilities.


* Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration with systems such as ERP, CRM, and data platforms.


* Experience of working with internal or external customers to design robust, commercially sound technical solutions.


* An ability to rapidly upskill in new areas or technologies, adapting to emerging needs.


* Outstanding communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.


* A knack for mentoring and leading, even without direct authority, and a drive to foster collaborative and winning team spirits.
