* Business Leadership Team Contribution:
* Act as a core member of the business leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction and long-term planning of the organization.
* Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscapes.
* Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives and financial goals.
* Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
* Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with the implant sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the digital solution products.
* Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
* Align sales objectives with the company’s overall business strategy through collaboration with the executive team.
* Collaboration with External Partners:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and other external stakeholders to expand market access and optimize sales performance.
* Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and incentives with external partners to align with business objectives.
* Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to distributor networks to ensure product knowledge and alignment with sales goals.
* Team Leadership & Development:
* Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
* Define performance metrics, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
* Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support career growth.
* Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
* Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and serve as a trusted advisor by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
