We are searching for the best talent for an Analyst, Functional Planning (Scientific and In Vivo Strategies).

Purpose: The Analyst, Functional Planning, will support the Scientific and In Vivo Strategies (SIS) team within Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety (PSTS) by using data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions to optimize operations and inform decision-making.

This role will focus on assisting with the execution of operational plans, providing data-driven insights to enhance performance, and supporting decision-making across global teams.

The position requires a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting, with an emphasis on business management, operational planning, and process optimization, using key business intelligence tools.

You will be responsible for:


* Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support business planning.


* Developing and managing dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track performance across global sites.


* Building data models to support operational analysis and find opportunities for process improvements.


* Leveraging data analysis to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.


* Using a variety of business intelligence platforms and reporting tools to structure and analyze data, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.


* Supporting the integration of tools such as Office 365, Power Automate, and other systems to streamline business processes and enhance operational workflows.
