Service Advisor - Internal

What you'll do:


* Customer service: Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction


* Product knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and being able to provide informed advice to customers


* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner


* Teamwork: Initiating and processing service requests, coordinating work orders with service team and dispatch


* Technical knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of the RV industry, such as electrical systems, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems a plus


* Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, and escalate to management when necessary


* Time management: Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and meet deadlines

What we're looking for:


* Exceptional skills in customer service and communication


* Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales process


* Relevant background in sales and/or customer service


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)


* Bachelor’s degree a plus


* An awesome attitude


* The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting


* Neat, clean, and professional appearance


* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record


* Ability to pass a background check and drug test


* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
