Sales Manager - National Accounts - CuraScript SD - Hybrid (Lake Mary, FL)

The Manager of National Accounts will manage a team of Sales Representative responsible for the continued development and growth in the National Account segment.

As a Manager, you will participate with key Account Managers and Sales Managements to develop sales strategies for new and existing accounts and help identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy for revenue growth.

In this role, you will ensure that market share for products related to National Account in the non-acute space is strategically and tactically increased with consistency.

The Manager, will also monitor competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.

This may include compiling reports on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends for senior management.

This position is responsible for setting goals, expectations, and developing future strategies to maintain and enhance the quality of support the team provides.

Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within own department/discipline/team.

Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.

The Manager of National Sales is recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


* Manage the day-to-day activities for a team of Sales representatives.


* Take an active role in the sales process with sales representatives and their prospects as needed to drive business.

Guide communication with existing clients to ensure all relevant data is accurate and to organize quarterly review meetings, RFP's or other events.


* Identify and implement best practices across the team.

Motivate team members and maintain morale.


* Serve as a SME regarding current sales processes.

Serve as a liaison for all cross-functional needs.


* Conduct annual reviews, address performance issues, and reward achievements; while also setting goals and develop future strategies to maintain and enhance the quality of support the team provides.


* Manage the execution of team and cross-functional projects.

Take an active role in managing projects from creation to finalization and meet all deadlines.


* Develop policies and procedures to document process improvement efforts.

Make sure that all current and potential products relevant to this market are in focus, availability awareness is consistent and pricing through all channels is executed appropriately and in the best interest of the organization.


* Take an active sales role with all segments under your direct Sr.

Sales Manager.


* Support Sr.

Sales Managers, Sales Directors and Strategic Relationship Directors as assigned.


* Assist with the hiring process for all positions within their department, Monitors staff performance, develop and mentor to ensure a high performing team.
