and part of a large social services circle, originally POST was a speech-language practice in Syracuse NY, and has grown to provide a range of services throughout all of New York State as well as other states, now including Indiana.

We employ over 500, and growing, professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play.

Position Summary: 

 

Under the direct supervision of the Occupational Therapy Supervisor, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is primarily responsible for providing direct Occupational Therapy for children age’s birth through 5 years old.

Full or Part Time COTA needed for the offsite early intervention services.

Essential Functions: 

 


* Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. 



* Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
