Manager, Operational Excellence

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the VP of Operational Excellence, this role will co-manage the tactical execution of various assigned operational projects and initiatives for U.S.

Renal Care.

The Manager will act as part of a team of OpEx business partners that drive performance improvement within field operations and the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties and tasks may be assigned.


* Manage projects that have impact to dialysis operations workflows within facilities through hands on tactical work and oversight.


* Involvement within central operational initiatives, including both operational improvement and/or launch of new workflows.


* Serve as an effective business partner to Operations Excellence team and field operations working in conjunction with peers to achieve mutual goals.


* Work as business partner and project manager on recruiting and onboarding initiatives.


* Deliver training to field operations on new/revised workflows, in partnership with Clinical Services.


* Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.


* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
