SUMMARY

The National Educator is responsible for providing staff education including development, implementation, assessment, and revision of processes, courses and curricula.

This position assumes a proactive role in innovative onboarding, training, education and adhering to guidelines, policies, procedures, and directives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* Develop, coordinate and facilitate training of licensed and unlicensed staff, physicians and company leadership.


* Design, continuously improve and suggest adaptations to curriculum depending on educational needs.


* Create and incorporate evidence-based research into curricula plans.


* Serve as a resource to trainees during the onboarding period.


* Promote leadership, critical thinking, and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.


* Deliver/ Facilitate live and recorded training sessions as needed.


* Work with team to implement and follow up within programs.


* Work cross-channel with other departments to promote and create traffic to education and training programs, deliver content and assess needs.

Some departments will be: Clinical, Operations, Marketing, HR, Technical, Value Base Care, etc.


* Utilize the learning management system for content development, distribution and completion follow-up.


* Establish new and maintain USRC CEU opportunities/offerings.


* Work with vendors to obtain staff education and provide training.


* Ensure cohesion with programs and execution.


* Assess education and training programs to ensure right content is being delivered and it is retained.


* Maintain current knowledge of trends in area(s) of expertise.
