As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Treasury & Chief Investment office, Corporate technology team, you will be supporting Front office and Middle office group and an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance , build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.

Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications

Job Responsibilities


* Manage the Trade Execution Platform that supports Portfolio Managers and Operations team


* Ensure the resiliency and security aspects of the Trade Execution Platform


* Manage projects and programs in collaboration with diverse stakeholders


* Collaborate directly with Product Owner and Portfolio Managers to deliver solutions for diverse needs and drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes


* Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle


* Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies


* Adds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect


* Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience


* Experience in overseeing projects and programs from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.


* Strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, provide feedback and engage with stakeholders.


* Advanced in Python programming and experience with data analysis tools like Pandas , NumPy for large dataset analysis.


* Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability


* Strong cloud native experience


* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills


* Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Experience in organization management or leadership roles


* Application owner experience


* Advanced knowledge of software applications with artificial intelligence, machine learning


* Investment Banking products experience mainly with fixed income and derivatives preferably with Quantitative Modeling skills
