In this role, you will:


* Be the centre of excellence for qualitative & quantitative customer research in B2B.


* Lead the design and execution of major B2B research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies.


* Lead development of customer listening channels, such as relationship and transactional surveys, to develop an understanding of customer sentiment related to KCP products and services.


* Analyse customer feedback results across regions, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and performance against ongoing initiatives.


* Provide day-to-day support in technical implementation of listening channels in Qualtrics platform and by collaborating with integrated platforms’ support teams.


* Provide recommendations, develop communications and help influence strategic decision making, with ability to utilize data and insights to support decisions.


* Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
