Plant Capability Practitioner, Enstra Plant - JHB

In this role, you will:


* Coordinate training needs analysis with Departmental leaders.


* Implement, coordinate and execute plant training plan/s.


* Manage training financial budgets.


* Liaise with external training providers to deliver on training needs.


* Coordinate legislative raining for employees.


* Design and maintain skills matrices for all employees.


* Ensure system compliance and skills development uploads.


* Development & maintenance of training documentation:


* Support the design of standard operating procedures.


* Coordinate competency declaration.


* Facilitate courses within skills set scope.


* Follow-up, evaluate and provide feedback on training


* Support plant employee external bursary applications


* Support operational team with succession planning


* Participates in ISO and compliance audits


* Provide information for WSP, ATR, BBBEE and EE submissions


* Manage talent & skills learner programs.
