Director, Processes Capabilities will have responsibility for the overall plan, deployment and implementation of the strategic processes and capabilities for IBP, IFM, LCM and NPI, performance, strategic and other risk resilience programs.  Further tasks / duties / responsibilities below.

Key Role Responsibilities


* Develop a strategic plan for the implementation of strategic processes and capabilities for IBP, IFM, LCM and NPI, performance, strategic and risk resilience programs.  The proper improvements / leverage of these capabilities will ensure EP/NV Supply Chain is a competitive advantage to the business.


* Ensure partnership with the MedTech, EP and NV teams and applicable consultants


* Ensure the know failure-modes and opportunities for improvement are tied to root causes to past failures / opportunities; thus, ensuring a robust output for long term success


* Ensure a robust plan is created ensuring a continuous attitude approach to implementation allotted


* Partnering closely with the Electrophysiology / Neurovascular (EP / NV) and MedTech teams to ensure robust implementation of strategies, plans, processes, capabilities and forms. 


* Ensure active understanding of the “why” and the “how” to accomplish these implementations, while also ensuring full understanding of these processes, capabilities and forms.
