Pay: starting at $38/hr

Job Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents during the PM shift.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.


* Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


* Assist with care plans and communicate with family members as needed.


* Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications:


* Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA.


* New grads welcome!


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with tasks.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
