This opportunity is within Robotics and Digital Solutions (RAD) Program Management.

By combining advancements in medical robotics, instrumentation, navigation and data science, the RAD franchise is building a platform technology capable of expanding the applicability of robotics to a spectrum of medical procedures.

The Sr.

Project Manager will be a core member of the OTTAVA surgical robotics team, responsible for the design and development of capital system hardware from concept generation to launch.

The role will be accountable for developing end to end schedules and breaking them down into actionable quarterly objectives and key results.

The individual will champion a hybrid Agile methodology to focus and drive the teams to achieve important short-term milestones that are critical to the success of the overall development plan and strategy.

In collaboration with the team, the Sr.

Project Manager will be responsible for risk management and mitigation which requires contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments.

Another aspect of this role is being a champion of the team and building strong positive relationships with peers and multi-disciplinary functional partners.

The individual must be willing to challenge and communicate difficult decisions, strategies, and priorities while building a culture of collaboration and end to end accountability.
