Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Operations Strategy, the Operations Strategy Lead will oversee the Strategy Deployment System that supports Operations within the Global End-to-End Supply Chain.

This role is responsible for the execution of Strategic Network Projects and Programs aligned with long-term business objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Operations to effectively implement the strategy, ensuring that goals, objectives, and metrics are cascaded and managed at all levels within the organization.

Under the guidance of the Director of Operations Strategy, the Operations Strategy Lead will manage all aspects of Cost Optimization initiatives.

This includes utilizing Flawless Project Execution (FPx), conducting root cause analysis, and resolving problems with Six Sigma tools.

The individual will tackle complex or novel assignments that require innovative approaches and achieve breakthrough results through Process Excellence and the DMAIC (Define, M...
