Dietary Aide - Vista Real

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in meal preparation, serving, and cleanup


* Ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet dietary needs


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas


* Follow food safety and infection control guidelines


* Work closely with the dietary team to create a pleasant dining experience for residents


* Assist with special dietary requests and meal modifications as needed

What We're Looking For:


* Prior dietary aide or food service experience preferred, but not required


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently


* Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and staff


* Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures (training provided)
