Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Design Quality Inspection Engineer Co-Op to join our Quality Engineering Team located in Danvers, MA.

Requirements:


* Data Analysis: Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends, improve inspection opportunities and potential quality issues.


* Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root cause analysis for quality inspection related non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions as needed.

Work collaboratively with multifunctional teams.


* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for improvement inspections results, implement and track improvement initiatives.
 

Qualifications:


* Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in engineering.


* Prior work experience desired.

Medical device experience preferred.


* Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)


* Execute tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision.

Able to prioritize tasks.


* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred knowledge of SAP.

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.  Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
