Litigation Support II
Position Summary
Litigation Support II provides Tier 2 data support to projects related to confidential client information in claims litigation in accordance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and client needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Pulls reports, images, and data as requested by project lead.
• Performs redaction to data files as requested by project lead.
• Coordinates and tracks assignments to ensure deadlines and data requirements are met.
• Prepares files and spreadsheets for submission to client.
• Acts as administrator of document review databases, including managing users' rights and securities.
• Partners with Litigation Support team to ensure project tasks are delegated and completed according to requirements and withing timelines.
• Reviews work of lower-level support team to ensure accuracy.
Escalates identified errors to management.
• Prepares early project reports of load files and raw data using tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, text editors, Sequel, and R.
• Participates in initial project assessment; provides expertise in query syntax to assist with preparation of search strategy needed to cull documents and information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
* Six months of experience working with the Special Projects Team as Litigation Support.
• Two years of proven experience working with advanced functions in Excel such as creating pivot tables, charts, formulas, and macros, and managing large datasets.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.
• Experience working with large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
* Two years of experience working on the Special Projects Team as Litigation Support
* Certifications in SQL, R, VBA, or Python.
* Knowledge of medical and/or dental terminology.
* Experience working in claims processing or adjudication.
* Experience working for a third-party administrator.
* Knowledge of Taft-Hartley environment.
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.
