The Role of Transfer Pricing Manager

…Reports to the Director – Global Transfer Pricing and is a critical and integral role in the global tax department and the finance function overall, primarily responsible for managing Elanco’s global transfer price operations.

This role will support the transfer pricing matters of Elanco’s expansive international functions.  This position offers an opportunity to join a growing tax team and company and make an immediate impact.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


* Improve and support intercompany transaction policies, processes and controls around operational transfer pricing (OTP)


* Responsible for system maintenance and controls around transfer prices and condition records


* Coordinate the yearly transfer pricing/costing roll-out in collaboration with manufacturing finance, local controllers and other impacted teams


* Perform complex analysis (i.e.

intercompany margin analysis) and implement and monitor appropriate arm’s length pricing.


* Assist the international tax team with data and reporting requirements


* Participate in supply chain/business model meetings to incorporate & execute changes in intercompany flows
