The Traveling Retail Production Associate will primarily work in a production/warehouse environment at the Kearney Outlet (Stapleton & Holly) processing and sorting through wares, textiles, accessories and purses, and all to select items to be sold at our Deja Blue Boutique Store.  If you are someone who likes to hunt for treasures this may be the position for you! The Retail Production Associate will also be at the Deja Blue Boutique Store and is responsible for keeping product organized by following Goodwill Standards.

Pay: $18.81 Hr. This position is eligible for Daily Pay!  Work today, get paid today! JOB SUMMARY:

The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold.

This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required.

The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion.

The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.

The Associate may be assigned to various areas that they have been trained in to include hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes per the business needs.

This position may occasionally work in donations.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s for assigned duties. 


* Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares etc.) which include season, color, and quality of product.


* Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor.


* Inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition. 


* Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (Good, Better, Best), which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.


* Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised, and clean.
