This position reports into the Senior Professional Marketing Leader Central Europe and is based in Neuss, Germany (hybrid).

What you will do

Join our team as Junior Professional Manager (m/f/d), Marketing.

In this role, you will be shaping and executing the professional marketing strategy of one of our iconic brands in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with initiatives that engage Health Care Professionals (HCP) such as Dentists, Pharmacists, General Practitioners or Midwives

• Develop and execute HCP assets, such as trainings and patient brochures, as well as content for our HCP platform, our CRM program and media

• Organize and lead congresses and sales conferences

• Own and manage HCP budgets

• Own and manage operative tasks such as HCC processes (including RAD and HCC sampling plan) and material management (planning, implementation, and system approvals)

• Ensure KPI tracking for key activities

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within Professional Team, Marketing, Sales, Medical and agency partners to translate brand strategy into powerful HCP assets

• Connect with HCP community to share best practices

• Collaboration with market research teams and external agencies to understand consumer needs

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Above-average university degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing

• First working experience/internships in brand management, customer activation or sales, preferably in FMCG and/or OTC

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership and accountability

• Collaborative spirit with outstanding communication skills to manage different stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment

• Fluency in German and English

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
