Summary:

The Group Product Director, Market Access Marketing and Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) Team Lead will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure optimal access and reimbursement for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Multiple Myeloma CAR-T asset.  This role involves leading and coaching a team of marketing professionals, Field Reimbursement District Manager , and 4 Field Reimbursement Managers.

Market Access Marketing responsibilities include all activities related to the design, planning, execution of programs to support interactions with payers, institution population health decision makers (PHDMs), and Certified Treatment Centers.
