* Minimum 5 years engineering experience
* B.S.
degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline
* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Excellent written & oral communications skills
* Presentation skills
* Experience with launching new product development programs, including working directly with the customer.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and create project plans.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the customer and/or management.
* Program/project management experience is preferred.
* Significant experience in investment castings (engr.
and/or mfg.) strongly preferred.
* Ability to think through complex development projects and identify gaps in plans, risks and opportunities with the confidence to elevate when necessary.
* Experience managing a new product development portfolio.
* Must be self-driven with outstanding organization skills, self discipline, and an acute sense of urgency.
* Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a matrix organizational structure to leverage shared resources and complete programs on time.
