This position reports to Quality System & Compliance Supervisor and is based at Pomezia [Italy].

Role reports to: Quality System & Compliance Supervisor
Location: Pomezia
What you will do
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the conformity of products to predefined Kenvue specifications.
* Ensure compliance according to Kenvue Policies, GMP requirements, Health Authority regulations, ISO Standards (9001 and 13485).
* Attitude to solve Quality issues, collaborating with Operations, internal and external partners for Complaints, Non-Conformances and CAPA to investigate root causes, find robust and effective solutions, implementing adequate corrective/preventive actions.
* Monitor product quality performance to identify opportunities for improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
* Control of KPIs for product quality.
Ability in collection and analysis of statistical quality data for Management review.
* Execute the Quality on the Shop Floor program.
Prevent defectiveness and associated costs on finished product.
* Contribute actively to the Change Control process: Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
* Execute product release and batch record review.
* Support the execution of internal and external audit.
* Draft, revise and update Standard Operative Procedures.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
* Master degree in scientific subjects (Chemical, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biology, etc.)
* Fluent in English
* Experience in Operations, Quality or R&D department (2 year minimum)
* Good knowledge of ISO standards and cosmetic legislation
* Strong attitude in electronic systems and software to ensure product quality and compliance of all processes.
* Knowledge of MS Office; Statistic tools; Data Analytics
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
