Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

RD Packaging Engineer

This position level is responsible for Packaging qualification and develops appropriate protocols for Package Development related to responsible segment item manufacturing from Kenvue site and EM.

This position handles the packaging testing, specification preparation, artwork development and related document to support Kenvue system.

Positions are typically team members with responsibility for delivering components of a larger process or program and may provide work instruction or supervision to lower-level positions, such as interns, performing well- defined activities.

What you will do


* Support project / assignment (NPD/NPI), Cost saving, Compliance, site initiative and any global and regional project for the qualification of packaging material including design, artwork development, testing, trial (if needed) and process related to responsible franchise and assure all projects and assignments will be executed and completed within due date.


* Project team member to provide technical input related to packaging material and process.


* Supporting the investigation related to packaging material / process.


* Assure all related documents are developed and issued by due date without compliance issue.


* Create and executed the innovated idea related to packaging material and process.


* Responsible for Packaging development and qualification including design, testing, trial.


* Prepare all necessary packaging related documents to ensure product launch.


* No recall and significant regulatory issue.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Education


* Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Science or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university preferably with excellence academic background

Professional Experience:


* Experience in quantitative and qualitative testing of packaging material.


* Experience in training or working in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills:


* Strong communication skill with leadership abilities.
