Job Description:

The Supply Chain Planner - Customer will own the lifecycle of an order as the voice of the customer to proactively offer solutions.

This includes the use of end to end order management systems to provide accurate analysis of internal processes and data, while owning service metrics at the customer level.

Developing and maintaining close working relationships with Sales, Product Life Cycle Strategies, Supply Chain, and the customer is essential to ensure a balance of cost and service.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The hybrid work schedule is 2 days onsite per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) at Home Office and the remainder working remotely.

What you’ll do:


* Understand and own customer and internal data. 


* Analyze data to proactively monitor supply chain activities to provide customer’s options and exceed service level expectations. 


* Use data to provide solutions while balancing unique customer expectations and internal costs.


* Analyze and maintains relationships at many levels within the organization. 


* Collaborate regularly with the Sales Support Team to align on customer requirements and expectations. Review and create processes for effective customer management.


* Own on-call responsibilities to maintain supply to our customers.


* Thorough understanding of customers’ items, processes, and promotions.

Can speak on behalf of both the customer and Schreiber for all item information to understand the impact across Schreiber and affected customers.



* Develop and document process improvements.

What you need to succeed:


* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.


* 4+ years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or PLS (or equivalent experience).


* Passion for improvement, automation, and efficiency to grow our business.


* Must be willing to support on call rotation.


* Ability to identify and resolve issues and opportunities.
