Growth Marketing Specialist

Location: Prague, CZ

Tricentis is looking for a Growth Engagement Associate who can connect with prospects for Tricentis Test Management (TTM) for Jira, Testim, Testim Mobile, and Testim Salesforce over inbound live chat, then using these engagements to inform compelling content creation for dev teams and testing professionals.

This role will call for understanding pain points, fielding questions, educating users about product features, and ensuring prospective customers have a fantastic experience from the first touch.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who is results-driven, enjoys complex problem solving, thrives on ownership, and loves working with cross-functional teams (e.g.

Engineering, Product, Sales, and Product Marketing).

This role will report to the Sr.

Manager, DevOps Marketing.

This role will be working hybrid (3days per week, Friday is a must) from our office in Prague.

Responsibilities:


* Own Intercom chat experience for prospective TTM for Jira users, resolving questions and escalating to other team members (e.g.

Sales, Support, Product) when appropriate


* Collaborate with marketing and other teams to engage with the community, build awareness for our products and routing product feedback to the right teams


* Conduct social media research on consumer requirements, habits, and trends to help inform our marketing strategy


* Learn and stay current about capabilities and new releases for TTM for Jira


* Identify general themes for what prospects are interested in, then create content to address these needs, such as blogs, knowledge base articles, and social posts


* Help implement, train AI chatbots to automate inbound chat for TTM for Jira and Testim


* Convert larger TTM for Jira prospects to paying customers

Qualifications:


* A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in startup or SaaS working environment


* Excellent communication skills, PowerPoint and Excel skills


* Fluent English, written and spoken


* Strong project management skills, attention to detail


* Need to be technically minded, but won’t have to code—more business than developer


* People-centric—must enjoy talking to prospects and customers, particularly testing and dev team professionals


* Hands-on, in-platform experience with social platforms, especially LinkedIn


* Previous experience with live chat platforms a plus


* Self-driven, devoted to learn & grow in a fast-paced environment


* Ability to work independently and a great team player


* A strategic, consultative player who can plan (think) and execute (do)
