The Opportunity


* Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.


* Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospitalist opportunity.


* Current CA state license is a plus.


* Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Practice

Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District - Tehachapi, California


* 25-bed facility with 4 ICU beds.


* Open ICU bed with tele-critical care.


* Stroke care with TKA capabilities.


* Annual volume of 45,000.


* 14-18 encounters per day per hospitalist; remote night hospitalist.
