Securities Services Sales Business Manager - Associate

The Commercial & Investment Bank Business Management team acts as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, identifying and mitigating business risks while partnering with global stakeholders to execute business requirements.
As a Business Manager within Securities Services, you will support Americas Securities Services Sales Team by running strategic analysis, implementing process improvements, and delivering sales initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Global Securities Services Sales business management team and stakeholders in Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and HR to meet business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
* Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Prepare materials for town halls, sales updates, and strategy sessions.
* Support competitive analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
* Coordinate sales team budget and forecast exercises.
* Project manage key work streams and ad hoc analysis for senior sales executives.
* Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
* Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework.
* Communicate effectively with business partners to understand projects and drive delivery.
* Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
* Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for various projects.
* Attention to detail is a must.
* Demonstrated success dealing with different stakeholder groups.
* Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in securities services or sales.
* Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance processes.
