Lead of Product Development
We are seeking a Lead of Product Development for our Broadband Division! As the Lead of Product Development, you are responsible for overseeing the development and management of Schurz Broadband product portfolio consistently across the broadband properties consisting of Antietam Broadband, Burlington Telecom, Hiawatha Broadband, Long Lines Broadband, NKTelco, and Orbitel Communications.
The role will oversee development and optimization of our fiber and broadband based product solutions.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong business background in product management and a passion for delivering attractive innovations that solve market needs and drive revenue growth.

Rate: $120,000-$170,000/year
Location: Remote
Anticipated Travel Requirement: 20%
Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Partner with GM’s, Technical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to foster a collaborative team environment to define the product vision and strategy for company product solutions including (but not limited to): high-speed data; managed cloud services & voice offerings; WIFI; Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO); and other emerging market driven revenue-producing features/applications
* Conduct market research to identify market opportunities and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities targeting the various customer segment channels (residential, Business, Wholesale).
* Facilitate establishing a shared product catalogue model across properties to more collaboratively expand innovative solution offerings
* Collaboratively oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and sunsetting.
* Drive continuous innovation staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
* Ensure product designs meet customer requirements, regulatory/compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
* Align with marketing resources to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
* Develop and maintain deep insights into customer personas, use cases, and pain points.
* Develop business cases and IRR/ROI analyses to support revenue generating product initiatives and investments.
* Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product profitability and performance.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales efforts.
* Seek strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
* Collaborate with internal corporate stakeholders (executive team, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives and innovation fund.
* Foster strong relationships with partners, suppliers, customers, and employees.
