Position Overview

This position will lead the Reducer Operations team to develop, implement and execute strategic plans for a lean manufacturing environment that assures a safe working environment while delivering the highest quality products.

The entire Operations team, including Production, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Equipment, will report to this position.

 

Essential Job Functions


* Develop and execute Operations strategies to meet corporate objectives.


* Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour, and equipment to meet targets.


* Manages all Operations resources to achieve and maintain targets.


* Ensures all operations are fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.


* Develops and execute annual Operations budget.


* Directs & supports Supply Chain activities, including management of forecasts, planning, distribution, and customer order fulfillment of commercial product.
