Key Responsibilities:


* Content Review: Conduct thorough reviews of learning materials to ensure accuracy, engagement, and adherence to J&J writing and brand guidelines.


* Technical Testing: Execute comprehensive quality assessments on all digital learning products, focusing on usability, performance, and compatibility across platforms.


* Accessibility Compliance: Champion inclusivity by implementing manual and automated testing to ensure all learning products meet WCAG 2.1 standards, creating an equitable experience for all learners.


* Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, track, and document bugs or issues, managing change requests to facilitate timely adjustments and achieve desired outcomes.


* Feedback Analysis: Analyze learner feedback trends and collaborate with instructional designers and developers during project stand-ups and quality reviews to identify opportunities for improvement that enhance learner effectiveness.


* Agile Project Management: Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to promote collaboration and iterative development, ensuring high-quality outputs while meeting project deadlines and aligning with team KPIs and OKRs.
