Get to Know This Role

The Warehouse & Fleet Manager will have a strategic role in the planning and coordinating of all inventory and shipments.

This role is responsible for general warehouse management of raw materials, finished goods, POS merchandise, and fleet, including the oversight of work organized by Warehouse management of brewery grain transportation and overseeing the E-Commerce fulfillment operations.

The Warehouse and Fleet Manager will lead a team dedicated to continuous improvement, safety, quality, and efficiency in both warehouse management and fleet operations.

For starters, we’re offering $89,345 to $139,377 base compensation for this role.

Individual offers are based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What You Will Do



* Lead a team of warehouse, inventory, point of sale (POS) and fleet employees to create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement focused on safety, people, quality, efficiency, cost reduction and waste reduction.

Support and optimize the maintenance and production plans for the department.


* Manage staff which involves direct and indirect responsibilities for interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, evaluating performance, administrating wages, and salaries, developing routines and procedures to ensure achievement of goals.


* Ensure we maintain physical condition of warehouse and fleet spaces and equipment by adhering to GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and strict housekeeping standards
