Position Summary


* You will architect and design high-performance, scalable, and reliable software and firmware systems


* Define interface definitions, data models, and integration strategies for various software and firmware platforms

Roles & Responsibilities


* Meet project deliverables and deadlines which align with DevOps practices, security principles and risk management


* Participate in Voice of Customer sessions to ensure delivery of optimized, user-centric solutions


* Provide technical leadership including driving development of multiple engineers, mentoring the engineering team, collaborate with cross functional teams on development, roadmaps, and strategy


* Contribute to the team's continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues


* Oversee project scoping and scheduling; tracks progress of individual tasks and alerts stakeholders of issues blocking or preventing completion of task


* Identity and mitigate technical risks or issues that arise during project execution


* Monitor quality of team deliverables and ensure they meet Schneider Electric standards


* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical documentation, status reports, risk management logs, and post-project evaluations


* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle


* Complete additional responsibilities as required by the business and team

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree /master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent field


* At least 8+ years of extensive development and architecture experience


* Significant experience with creating and working with embedded architectures


* Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end software development projects


* Strong understanding of software security and data protection
