* Law degree (JD) from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).


* Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (or other state in which Howmet operates) and in good standing.


* At least 15 years employment and labor experience with a combination of experience working in a law firm, government and/or in-house.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Salary range: $180k-200k/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).

In addition to base salary, the compensation package includes a bonus structure and long term equity based on individual and company performance.



*Up to 10-20% travel is expected in this role depending on work location.
