WEB AFFILIATE CATEGORY MANAGER II

Responsible for developing, driving and executing customer support programs required for Affiliate Sports Betting & Entertainment partnerships.

Responsible for category plans with internal and external partners delivering sustainable long-term growth and consistently capturing additional market share.

Accountable to achieve growth objectives for digital communication and engagement and drive overall business at the category level.

Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure digital strategies align with business priorities.

* 3+ years of merchandising or retail operations experience


* 3+ years of digital marketing experience


* Any experience leading individuals and teams


* Demonstrated problem solving skills


* Strong analysis and critical thinking skills


* Strong negotiation skills


* Excellent oral and written communication skills


* Proficient in Microsoft Office products


* Understanding of basic business, accounting and math principles

DESIRED


* Bachelor's Degree


* Any product and project management experience


* 2+ years store management experience


* Preferred experience in Sports Betting, Online Gaming, Daily Fantasy Sports or Lottery industry



* Manage the marketing calendars, promotional calendars, and key performance measures


* Develop expert level knowledge of industry trends, current relevant and emerging industry players, and associated regulatory requirements of the category across market areas of operations


* Analyze data trends to make business informed decisions


* Collaborate with affiliate partners to deliver timely promotions and products


* Drive objectives by partnering with business teams to develop long-term category roadmaps to deliver a robust and engaging digital experience for customers


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital traffic/engagement, enable a seamless and robust messaging experience


* Work closely with technology to identify and develop the proper tools, enhancements and system integration points that will allow digital customer messaging and engagement


* Develop and execute market level promotions to increase customer engagement


* Produce communications tools and marketing vehicles that drive category initiatives, in collaboration with marketing and digital teams


* Provide regular weekly reporting of defined business activity and metrics


* Negotiate favorable programs and costs while developing and maintaining strategic alliances with partners


* Travel to necessary trade shows/conference events to gain market insights and meet with vendors/affiliate partners to gain industry knowledge
