Manager, Supply Chain Operational Excellence

The Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager is responsible to support all supply chain departments, facility field operations and corporate departments in delivering quality service related to purchasing, contracting and central inventory management activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

* Responsible and accountable for centrally managing a service support desk that provides initial resolution for all supply chain related issues.
* Develops and maintains policies and procedures to outline escalation and communication standards for addressing support requests.
* Investigates and implements current and new system capabilities and technologies for managing service support traffic and requests.
* Collaborates with other supply chain departments to develop and deliver continuous process improvement efforts by leveraging data/analytics, combining internal customer insights and research to make sound business decisions.
* Provides detailed recurring or ad-hoc analysis and reports of all inquiries and concerns received with trends and recommendations for service improvement.
* Partner with other areas of supply chain and the organization to design and deliver on-demand and virtual learning content centered on existing or improved supply chain procedures and tools.
* Maintain a well-organized portfolio of learning content that can be accessed via supply chain internal internet portal for ease of use and reference by the organization.
* Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, understand how to drive change management and process improvements in a highly matrixed organization.
* Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking.
* Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results.
* Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
* Maintains all information and material strictly confidential manner.
* Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners, supply chain leadership and internal clients.
* Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.
* Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Participate in team concepts and promote a team effort; perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
