What will you do

Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare opportunity for an Internal Sales and Customer Service Team Leader to join our family friendly team.

This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the conduit working closely with our sales, drafting and production teams to ensure customer orders, quotations, delivery and technical enquiries are actioned promptly and efficiently to deliver the best customer experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead by example mentoring and coaching a small team and are customer centric with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Ideally you have a good eye for detail, are proactive, easy going, energetic, enjoy working on small projects, with a continuous improvement mindset and able to troubleshoot quickly to get the best result.

Your day to day includes but is not limited to:
